It’s a trap!

A group of goons beat up a man inside a S. Portland Avenue apartment building on Dec. 7.

The victim told police that one of the ne’er-do-wells approached the victim in his car and snatched his keys, phone, and $640 before goading him inside the apartment between Hanson and S. Elliot place at 2:40 pm — where a group of accomplices started mauling the victim, leaving him with bruises and a busted lip.


Cops arrested a woman for allegedly slamming a door on a fellow officer during an arrest at a Monument Walk apartment on Dec. 11. 

The victimized-officer told her colleagues that she’d been investigating alleged child abuse when she found the suspect had an arrest warrent between Navy Street and Park Avenue at 1:35 pm, before the suspect allegedly whacked the door at her foot and flailed her arms to resist the arrest. 

Police arrested the suspect and charged her with felony assault on a police officer, according to police reports. 

Home invasion

Rustlers raided a woman’s Fulton Street apartment building on the night of Dec. 10.

The victim told police that the filchers broke a door to the basement  between St Felix Street and Fort Greene Place overnight and stole a lock box. 

Quick swipe 

Sneak thieves stole a man’s Citi Bike outside a Myrtle Avenue diner on Dec. 7. 

The victim told police that he left the blue rental bike in front of the eatery at Hall Street at 5:20 pm for five minutes, but when he came back, it was gone. 

Dude, where’s my car?

Carjackers stole a delivery man’s vehicle outside a St Edwards Street building on Dec. 9.

The victim told police that he was making a delivery at Myrtle Avenue at 10:20 pm, and when he came back 10 minutes later, his car was gone.
